purpose of boarding and grooming.
Purchaser Agrees To The Following Conditions of
1.
Under no circumstances will this
cat be sold, leased, released, or given to any pet shop, laboratory of similar
facility.
2.
Adequate
indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and this cat will not be allowed to
roam outdoors.
3.
If
this cat is found to be in neglected or of in ill health for an unreasonable
length of time, or ever seized by a Humane Society or like organization,
purchaser will surrender said cat and ownership of said cat to seller
unconditionally. NO money will be
refunded to buyer if said cat is seized for this reason.
4.
The
cat is purchased as (quality): Show______ Breeder______ Pet
5.
Terms
defined: a) Show: Shown in prime
condition, cat should achieve at least Champion status and possibly Grand
Champion. Seller can’t guarantee this,
because if depends on how cat is presented.
B) Breeder: Because of a
significant flaw or less overall type, cat is very unlikely to achieve
Champion; however, lineage and overall quality indicate the possibility of
producing quality offspring. C)
Pet: a cat that fails to meet the
exacting standards required of show or breeder cats.
If purchased
as a pet quality, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat before the age of
one year (if not already done so by seller), or within 30 days after purchase
if this is an adult cat, and agrees and guarantees this cat will not be used
for breeding.
Seller
Agrees To The Following Conditions of
1.
Seller
agrees to provide registration papers on this cat, if purchased as a Pet, upon
presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of neuter or spay. The spay/neuter certificate must be sent
from the vet. If seller spays/neuters
said cat, registration papers will be given with cat. If purchased as a Show or Breeder, seller
will provide registration papers upon Purchaser’s notification that the cat is
of agreed upon quality.
2.
Health
Guarantee: To the best of the Seller’s
knowledge, purchaser is receiving a healthy cat/kitten, free of internal and
external parasites, infectious diseases, or life-threatening congenital
defects. To validate this guarantee,
purchaser must have his/her own veterinarian inspect said cat within 72 hours
(at purchaser’s expense) of purchase and if any illness is found, seller will
pay for the medicine acquired from the visit.
The buyer must send by certified mail a copy of the documentation from
the vet visit within 10 days. If
purchaser does not do this, the contract becomes void. If vet check is not done within this time,
contract becomes void. This is very
important for both parties.
3.
If
said cat should die within the first 1 year of his/her life due to a congenital
defect, seller will replace said cat with one of equal value when one becomes
available. The vet must send a copy of
the detailed necropsy (at purchaser’s expense) to the seller stating why the
cat passed away-along with description of cat.
4.
Seller
does not recommend the FIP or FeLeukvaccine, if this vaccine is given, seller
cannot guarantee from this and guarantee will become void. These vaccines have been reported to actually
have given the cat these viruses.
5.
Since
this cat/kitten is a living creature, seller cannot guarantee the lifetime
health of this animal, nor that will it not contract a viral or bacterial
illness sometime in the future. They are like us in that we cannot detect
when we will come down with something.
6.
Said
kitten should remain on the same food that he/she was on at Kirianne. Their stomachs are sensitive and should be
weaned off of their food at a gradual pace.
7.
Vaccinations/Worming: health records will be sent with kitten.
8.
Other
vaccines needed: Per Veterinary
Purchaser’s and Sellers signatures
